I need visual references of the character you want drawn, whether that be ingame screenshots, or art.
any character that does not have any visual references, will add a design fee to the base price.
I can occasionally work off of inspiration, meaning you show me characters you want said character to somewhat resemble.
This may potentially eliminate the design fee. however, feel free to ask.

Commissions may take up to 3 months to complete
i am a small artist with a full time job and a family, feel free to occasionally ask about the piece but please dont excessively message me about wips. (multiple times a day, for weeks)
Any revisions during sketch phases are free. any revisions after Lineart completion will add a charge of at least $8.
Mistakes in design/markings will be fixed free of charge
You may use the commission commercially as long as proper credit is given
You may use the commission as an icon anywhere, as long as credit is given
I may use the commission for self promotional purposes (post on social media, use to advertise my comms) Please tell me beforehand if you wish to not have your character shared, as i will not ask for permission to post it.
I have the right to decline any commission without further explanation

Additional info & Refunds
First time commissioners are expected to pay in the full price before lineart is started.
You may request a full refund once the 3 month mark has passed without receiving the piece, regardless of the progress
If the commissioner needs a refund for personal reasons not in correlation with the artist you will get a percentage back based on the progress of the piece. ( Sketch done and approved, Lineart not yet started: 90% refund. Lineart started (70% refund) Coloring started (0% refund.)
Full refunds will be issued if i, for personal reasons am unable to finish the commission.
Payments made with gift cards or nitro cannot be refunded.
should you want a refund for things i have specifically mentioned in my tos, no refunds will be issues.
Things such as long wait times (Up to 3 months, etc.) I have specifically mentioned in my tos, which i expect you to read prior to commissioning me.
If a refund has been issued, you no longer have the rights to use any part of the commission for anything. be it the sketch, the lineart, or the coloring. (profile pictures, banners, posting it to your socials, etc.)
failing to do the above, will result in the refund being withheld until fixed.
